If a product is in-stock at Mwave, we typically dispatch within 24 business hours; otherwise within 1-3 business days for products in-stock at our suppliers. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our Lidcombe, NSW warehouse.

 

Economic Shipping Nationwide + Next Day Receiving Capital Cities
We offer multiple shipping options to suit our customers and ship to street addresses and PO Boxes for added flexibility. Next Business Day Receiving (from order dispatch) is normally for all major capital cities and some major regional centres; 2-5 Business Days Receiving is for most places across Australia (additional days to regional areas). We also ship to New Zealand.

To save on shipping costs, we also offer pickup services from our Lidcombe, NSW showroom for those living in the Sydney area.

 

1HR priority pickup / Same-day delivery
We offer both 1-hour priority pickup and ~4-hour same-day courier delivery options for products in-stock at Mwave. Same-day delivery is available for Metro Sydney street addresses and if an order is placed before 1pm. 1-hour priority pickup is available for orders placed before 4:30pm. In addition you can also select night time delivery between 6pm to 10pm on business days. Please note, these services only applies to items that are in stock at Mwave at that time you placed the order.

 

Free shipping on warranty - both ways
For product(s) that arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA) and don't work as intended we offer free return shipping. Once our warranty team confirms DOA, you can be assured that both; the shipping back to us and the replacement's shipping back to you, will be at Mwave’s cost.
